Floods in FATA. Has FATA caused flooding in the country

The recent Monsoon floods in Pukhtoonkhwa actually started in FATA, but the FATA was not highlighted like other parts of the country. This may be due to scattered damages occured in FATA, but there are damages to livelihood in agriculture, livestock and non farm livelihoods, community infrastructure, including schools, roads, health facilities and communication means.and many more.
One thing better for FATA regions which were facing drinking water scarcity, are now replinished with drinking water but due to low recharge to many areas of FATA if the rains of winter dont begin soon, the water table may again fall back.
The FATA could be considered as source of floods in most parts of the Pukhtoonkhwa and other provinces of Pakistan because the hilly areas of FATA dont have some mechanism for storing and slowing down the rain water. Why not construct small rain water dams in FATA to reduce the flooding downstream and improve the water table in FATA.
Some people are planning for dams but those are not sufficient because they are slow, they have less resources and they are facing some strict policies imposed by their donors. why not invest in small water harvesting check dams, and rain water irrigation ponds in FATA.
If a person is not having water even for drinking purpose, leave alone the other basic needs of life, can we expect he/she will care for seucrity and peace of the world. If the world can not provide drinking water solution to some people, is it justified to demand many things from these few people.
Giving water harvesting check dams and small dams to this area can actually reduce the flooding downstream, which can reduce the burden on the humanitarian community worldwide, This can provide irrigation water to FATA farms which will engage the energetic people in food production instead of destructive activities, which can contribute to enhance food security in the region, and can provide better habitate to wildlife and can lead to conservation of environment.
Hey guys ! what are you thinking? If you can not help in solving the problem directly you can help in spreading these ideas. why wait for suitable time? this is the most suitable time for starting, lets start somewhere......

An introduction to Hamza Baba

Hamza Shinwari, a poet, philosopher, Sofi, and a PUKHTOON Opened his eyes in Darra khyber in a Shinwari Family. The modern education could not overshadow the Typical Shinwari in Hamza Baba. His love for humanity and sufism run Paralle to his Pukhtoonwali and no one adversly affect the other. Unmatched creativity and technique of symbolizing the non visuals into visuals in Pushto Poetry is characteristic of Hamza Baba. Like he Says " Da Nazar na de nari Megi Tawegi... Hamza starge de pa cha bande khwage shwe" The small ants are sorrounding your sight ( It feels that the rays of human sight are openly coming through ones eyes) Hamza it seems that you have sweetened your eyes through seeing some one very sweet. This is a very natural phenomenon that the ants sorround all the sweet things when they are not covered, and further ant is a living thing which could be found in any part of the world with similar characteristic of love for sweet things. I think this is the climax of creativity when you visualize the " Some onesweet" is so sweet that when you see him/her, your eyes are so sweetened that the ants start following your sight in hope of getting something sweet.
The father of Ghazal in Pushto is well known in Pushto Speaking community, but to introduce the non pushto speakers of the planet with this legend of Pushto poetry who fortunately belongs to FATA, an initiative is taken by Haroon Shinwari. Haroon shinwari again is an enthusiastic disciple of Hamza Baba and president of Hamza Baba Litrary Society has broken the ice by writing a book on Hamza Baba In english.
The book lets the readers have a closer look at Hamza Baba from the perspective of local Pukhtoons, Sometimes it is felt that the writer is establishing his ethnic superiority but those people who know the tribal people in details will agree that there is no much exageration in the fact, and as a matter of reality all writers in tribal communities in any part of the world are some how " very loyal" to their tribes and subtribes, and that is the sense of attachement and cohesion which keep them motivated to work.
The book " an introduction to Hamza Baba" is a must read one for all those who have any taste of literature and an assett for those who want to know the real face of FATA, as introduction to FATA is incomplete without introduction to Hamza Baba.
The remaining is for Haroon.
Haroon dear ! Hamza Baba is not such a simple personality that could be completly described in just one book. Hamza baba has a lot of diciples all across the Pukhtoonkhwa and every one has unique image of Hamza baba, Why not try to collect writings of various fans of Hamza baba and collect them in a booklet " Colours of colourful Hamza" anyhow very great Job done, and keep it up
