Change is desired

As a student of social sciences and after studying various parts of FATA, my personal openion is that the people of FATA want a change now, a change that empower them to decide for their own.
This is an irony of fate that FATA people dont have the instruments of voicing their concerns through constitutional ways, and that deterriorates the situation.
Give the FATA people an opportunity to decide for themselves a few times, if they make wrong choices help them make the correct choices, Havent our most "Wise"and Ïntelligent"class made wrong decision for our people? if we can make wrong decision for them , why should they not? and this wrong decision making will make them good in good decision making.
How many People in FATA know about the proposed constitutional reforms there ? Just look for the answer of this question and that answer may be sufficient to tell you how much positive expectations should be based on those reforms.
FATA people look forward for real change...not the cosmetic one...
